Hi guys!
Happy Valentine's Day! {well, belated!}
I have a LOVE themed card to share with you today.
Shout out to Paru's February Challenge for the cool theme!
I love how we paper crafters make something beautiful and entirely handmade to gift someone special on their special day. This one goes out to my special friend {no names, you'll find out soon!}
Supplies: Paper-White Cardstock, Red Cardstock; Stamps - Love {We R Memory Keepers}, You {My Sentiments Exactly};
Embossing Powder - Zing; Embellishments - Hot Air Balloon Sticket {Itsy Bitsy}, White paper flower {local} and twine;
I cannot get over the CAS style still. But I did add frayed edges for some imperfection *yay*! The colour palette was inspired by Paper Players Challenge {PP380}.
And something interesting about this card?
I couldn't find the perfect font to write " Love You" so I used two different stamp sets for it *a big cheer for post-its*
And now I can't help but think that "love" looks like the "Coca Cola" font. Maybe it's in my head { and the colours match too!}
Playing along with Dragonfly Journeys Challenge #111 {I am obsessing over your "princess" concept!}
And now some news for the Indian residents out there!
I am joining an NGO initiative to hold workshops, for the under-privileged children, here in Delhi. More details about the foundation coming up soon. But if any of you are even remotely interested in joining us, please mail me at thelazyowldesigns@gmail.com.
For all the non-Indian residents, you can still send in good wishes and greetings for them.
Just drop a mail!
--- Happy Crafting! ---
