Here's the card for Divya's challenge.. m soo sry for the late submission.. :)

I embossed the hand-cut CS pieces to add a bit of a texture to it..

The tiger striped ribbon was actually an accident.. was just trying to use my fineliners on the ribbon to make polka dots, but it just spread out on its own!

Have been making loads of these beaded flowers lately!..

Scrap and Beads.. {Part II}

Some more of the scrap and bead fun with mom cards! :)

I tried the flower from beads for the first time.. nd glad it luked nyc!..

And the banners are soo!... ;)

The second card used up some of my ribbon scrap as well.. hehe :D

The flowers are cut-out from various patterned papers.. i love how it gives a kinda kiddish luk to the card! :D

Scrap and Beads.. {Part I}

So i decided to utilise a LI'L (*wink!*) of the scrap papers that fill up all my folders!..

And here's sumthing about me, i used to be addicted to jewellery making.. so i got a whole lotta beads with me.. nd i decided to use them up as well!.. proud of myself now! ;)

I loved how i could accomodate faux pearl beads instead of the pearl drops on the butterflies!..

Together..

Here's another layout using masking technique..

I cut up a circle and masked a part of the paper.. inking has been done with chocolate brown pigment ink..

Used up some alpha stickers, flowers and faux stitching to complete the luk!

The alpha's are from itsy bitsy.. silky paper die-cuts.. inked them up!.. used a brad from dovecraft..

Dreams..

Another layout.. this time with my mom'd fave aunt (bhuaji)..

I used our visiting card for outlining the label and cut it out.. :)..

I also used this cute owl and graduation hat stamp!.. yay!.. adorable!.. and again the clouds and the faux stitching!
